Conditions and arrangements for
participation:
* Every private or public Iraq, Arab,
regional or international corporation that wants to
participate, has to fill in the participation form
clearly and accurately, and must send it to the fair
organizing committee before December 15, 2007
deadline.
* The participation in the fair can be direct or
through authorizations according to the mentioned
samples.
* The Iraqi publishing houses and libraries have the
right to obtain 5 authorization while the other
publishing houses have the right to obtain 3
authorization to guarantee the good administration
if the selling and buying operations.
* Every corporation has the right to grant one
authorization to one party only.
* The exhibitor who has given authorization to
corporations and publishing houses in the fair must
fill and submit the participation from before
December 15, 2007 deadline. Any form received after
the deadline will be neglected.
- Participation fees:
* Every corporation that wants to participate in the
fair has to pay the rent of its booth according to
the prices mentioned and the chosen areas, 50
dollars per 1 m2, for the booth area
that doesn’t Exceed 18m2.
40 dollars per 1 m2, for the booth that
exceeds 18 m2
*The participation fees must be paid in cash by bank
check or by bank transfer to Al Mada Culture and
Arts.

8- The participants in the fair must offer a 25%
discount on the initial price mentioned in their
list of publications.
- Please respect these appointments:
* The time limit for sending the participation and
the authorization forms is December 15, 2007.
* The time limit for receiving the books including
the new books is December 15, 2007.
* The time limit for receiving the shipments sent to
the fair is march 20, 2008.
* The organization of the booth two days before the
inauguration.
* The evacuation of the booths and
the withdrawal of all the books from the fair during
April 12 and 13, 2008
